DESIGN

Cars The SAL Automotive Test Center recognizes that modeling and simulation are valuable tools in vehicle development to optimize design and minimize program risk. We offers a full range of Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) capabilities including full vehicle dynamic modeling/simulation, Controls Systems modeling and integration, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) with fatigue prediction capability and Computer Aided Drafting (CAD).

Vehicle Model Development and Validation Coupled with our established worldwide and duty cycles, data acquisition and advanced engineering analysis and prototype fabrication capabilities, SAL provides the customer with one-stop solutions from design to product verification. Utilizing simulation tools including ADAMS, MATLAB, SDRC I-DEAS, and several finite element analysis codes, SAL provides rapid design or corrective action development.
SAL understands customer expectations and the demands placed on the vehicles they use. From USMC OMFTS to commercial public utility to standard vocational and over-the-road trucks, we will develop validated dynamics models which include tire-soil interface parameters necessary to provide the level of simulation accuracy necessary to make design decisions.

Our accessory shop's are equipped with various kinds of new and fairly used vehicle parts of all kinds, such as Exterior (Engines, door bonnets’, Lights, wipers, Tyres, Windscreens etc). Interiors (All kinds of Seats, seat covers, foot mats, Car Stereo and DVD, Dashboards, Security etc).

Refurbishing

Our refurbishment services range from vehicle exteriors (i.e. hoods, cargo carriers etc.) to interiors (i.e. engine, chassis, transmissions etc.), all designed to provide upgraded and refurbished fleet vehicles that meet current safety code and operational specifications.
